Are your Services Covered By Insurance?

We accept Cigna, Ambetter, United Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Cross Blue Shield with plans to add others in the future.

Do I have to Have an Appointment?

Appointments are required. Appointments are necessary for both the provider and patient. Scheduling allows ample time for you to fully express your concerns and develop a plan of care specifically for you.

Do You offer therapy services?

This facility primarily focuses on medication management. If necessary, limited therapy techniques may be utilized in session. If more in depth therapy services are apparent, referral can be given as clinician works closely with several therapy centers in the NEA region.

Where Are You Located?

We are located at 2000 East Mathews Avenue in Jonesboro, AR 72401.

The front of the building faces the backside of Jonesboro Country Club golf course. Directly behind the building are the premises of Arkansas State University.

WHAT DO I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please bring your drivers license and insurance card.

Prior to scheduled appointment, we ask that you complete paperwork emailed via patient portal.

This allows the focus of your session for discussing your mental health concerns.
